The backrest can be set in 7 different positions, from flat up to an angle of 70°. This wide adjustment range makes it easy to adapt the bench to the type of exercise being performed and the user's individual preferences. Precise positioning provides proper support and allows exercises for different muscle groups to be performed comfortably.
Stability during intensive training
The redesigned front and rear bases are equipped with rubber feet that increase grip on the floor and help protect the flooring from scratches. The wider rear base further improves lateral stability, limiting unwanted bench movement during dynamic exercises.

Easy to move
