Two independent weight stacks
The URQ-302 features two weight stacks, allowing both sides to be used simultaneously or exercises to be performed independently. The 1:3 pulley ratio enables precise resistance adjustment, while 1.7 kg resistance increments allow users to increase the load gradually as they progress.
The 2302 mm cable travel provides a wide range of motion and allows exercises to be performed in different planes of movement.
Multi-directional arm adjustment
One of the station's key advantages is its extensive arm adjustment system. The arms can be adjusted through 130° in the vertical plane, offering 14 positions from high to low. In addition, horizontal adjustment covers 105° and offers 8 positions.
This wide range of settings allows the pulley position to be precisely adjusted to the exercise being performed, the user's height and their individual technique.
The horizontal arm position can be changed quickly, making it easy to move smoothly between exercises without lengthy equipment adjustments.
Smooth and safe adjustment
The arms feature a counterbalancing mechanism that makes height adjustment smooth and requires less effort. This solution simplifies operation and allows the pulley to be quickly prepared for the next exercise.
The rotating pulleys, with a full 360° range of movement, further increase cable movement flexibility and help align the direction of resistance with the movement being performed.
