Lat Pulldown Plate Loaded Elite URQ-202 – Professional Back Training
The Elite URQ-202 by UpForm is a professional back training machine using free weights. The design has been developed to provide a stable position during exercise and enable effective work on strength and development of the upper back muscles.

Independent Arm Movement
Each machine arm moves independently, allowing the right and left sides of the body to work separately. This solution reduces the possibility of the stronger side taking over the movement and allows for more balanced strength development.
The diverging movement path of the arms provides natural guidance during the pulldown, increasing exercise comfort and allowing the user to focus the work on the back muscles.
Stable Position During Exercise
