Seated Row Plate Loaded Elite URQ-203 - UpForm
Seated Row Plate Loaded Elite URQ-203 – professional back training
The Elite URQ-203 by UpForm is a professional seated row machine designed for effective back training using free weights. Independent working arms, multiple grip options and an adjustable setup allow users to tailor exercises to their individual needs and add variety to their workouts.
The robust construction and ergonomic features provide stable support during movement, making this machine an excellent choice for professional gyms and fitness clubs.
Independent Arms and Multiple Grip Options
The machine features independent working arms and dual handles, allowing users to vary their rowing technique. This enables them to choose their preferred grip and introduce variety into their back training.
The independent arm movement also allows for single-arm exercises, providing greater training flexibility and making it possible to focus on each side of the body separately.
Central Handle for Improved Stability
An additional fixed handle positioned centrally provides a support point during unilateral exercises. It helps keep the torso stable and limits unwanted movement when rowing with one arm.
This practical feature makes it easier to maintain control throughout the movement and focus on correct exercise technique.
Adjustable Seat and Chest Support
The adjustable seat and chest pad allow users to tailor the starting position to their height and body shape. Correctly positioning the machine provides proper body support and helps maintain a stable posture throughout each repetition.
The chest support reduces the need to engage the torso excessively to maintain stability, allowing users to focus on controlled arm movements and back muscle engagement.
Large Footplate
The spacious footplate provides stable leg support and a comfortable training position. Its size allows users of different heights and body types to position their feet comfortably.
Secure foot support helps maintain proper posture and control the movement while pulling the arms back, particularly when using heavier loads.
Plate-Loaded Training
The URQ-203 uses a plate-loaded system that allows resistance to be gradually increased as strength develops. Independent arm movement and multiple grip options make the machine suitable for both traditional two-arm rows and unilateral exercises aimed at promoting more balanced development on both sides of the body.
Professional Seated Row Station
The Elite URQ-203 combines independent working arms, multiple grip options, adjustable support and a large footplate. This creates a functional and stable station for back training using free weights.
It is a professional solution for gyms and fitness clubs where exercise variety, ergonomics and the ability to precisely adjust the setup to each user are essential.
