Adjustable to the User's Height
The adjustable ankle roller allows the machine to be adapted to the user's height. It provides comfortable leg support and helps ensure correct movement during both leg extensions and leg curls.
Stability and Movement Control
The ergonomic handles provide a secure grip during exercise. They help maintain a stable body position and improve movement control, contributing to a more comfortable workout.
