UFT-A034 is a set of belay arms designed to be mounted on the posts of cages and rigs in the FT functional training system.
The belay arms allow you to safely and securely lift and put down the barbell and cushion its fall during training.
The mounting system allows you to quickly change the position of the arms on the main pole. Mounting the arms involves inserting a pin into the mounting hole of the pole and rotating the handle until it locks into place.
The polyamide plate cushions and dampens the impact of the barbell and protects the arms from scratches.
