The URQ-302 features two weight stacks, allowing both sides to be used simultaneously or exercises to be performed independently. The 1:3 pulley ratio enables precise resistance adjustment, while 1.7 kg resistance increments allow users to increase the load gradually as they progress.
The 2302 mm cable travel provides a wide range of motion and allows exercises to be performed in different planes of movement.
Multi-directional arm adjustment
One of the station's key advantages is its extensive arm adjustment system. The arms can be adjusted through 130° in the vertical plane, offering 14 positions from high to low. In addition, horizontal adjustment covers 105° and offers 8 positions.
